We are located in the Crofton Princess Center facing the main highway, Crain Highway South. We are a few doors down from the Blue Dolphin Seafood Restaurant.

FAQ 3: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our program is comparable to personal training. We deliver the same results — but with the bonus of having what we call our “Fit Family” there to welcome you, support you unconditionally, motivate you, and be there for you when you struggle. But while personal training can cost an average of $55 per hour nationally, you would get nearly two weeks of unlimited training for that same amount! Let us say that again: UNLIMITED TRAINING.

And while big box gyms — those that are still in business, anyway — can offer cheap memberships, the experience and your results will reflect that bargain basement price. If you’ve had a big box gym membership before, how did it work out for you? Like over 80 percent of big box gym members, did you stop using your membership but continue to throw away your money?

Fit Body Boot Camp locations typically see over 90 percent of its members use their membership. Our coaches, our culture, the experience, and the results we deliver are the reason why virtually all of our members love coming to our studios.

FAQ 4: I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN FOREVER AND AM UNFIT AND OVERWEIGHT. IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?

Yes! This program is 100 percent for you!

The workouts are just 30 minutes long. So while they challenge you, make you fitter and stronger, boost your metabolism, and burn fat, they don’t beat you into never wanting to come back.

Our certified coaches are also friendly and eager to support and encourage you. They are not sadistic psycho trainers like at other gyms, who consider it a badge of honor to give you PTSD by making you get sick, feel terrible about yourself, and never want to return. Instead, our coaches will shower you with words of support and encouragement.

As well, they will modify each exercise for you to account for your fitness level, age, flexibility, or injuries. Their first priority is to keep you safe, followed by giving you an effective workout that delivers real results and making you feel great about yourself.

You’ll find that our members will also be a source of support and encouragement, giving you high-fives and constantly telling you, “You got this!” You’ll see they come in all shapes and sizes, and they’ll let you know that when they first started, they struggled with the workouts; but now, they are crushing the workouts—and realizing amazing results. Some have lost up to 10 pounds in just three weeks!

FAQ 5: I’M AN EXPERIENCED FITNESS FANATIC. IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

The main reason why is because each exercise can be modified for your individual needs. So while a beginner may use just body weight or light weights for a particular exercise, you can use heavier weights or increase your reps in a round.

As well, our program targets both strength and cardio, so you’ll get a great, holistic workout. The exercises target your body all over—so they’ll hit muscles that traditional workouts tend to neglect.

Come in and you’ll find that we have members who are veteran fitness fanatics. They use heavier weights and go at a faster pace. And our coaches give them the extra push they need.

Our boot camp will deliver a workout unlike anything else you’ve probably ever tried before. So while it’s great for beginners, it’s great for long-time fitness fanatics too. Try it and find out for yourself.

FAQ 6: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR PLACE AND OTHER GYMS?

Fitness Member 6First of all, we’re not really a “gym.” A gym is something you join in the hope that you’ll be self-motivated enough to attend on a regular basis. However, the reality is 80 percent of gym members nationally do not use their membership!

In contrast, we’re a fitness provider that offers highly personalized group fitness sessions. Since we’ve been open, our attendance rate has been over 90 percent! Our members simply love coming here—and they can see and feel the difference it’s making in their physical appearance and state of mind.

Think of the popular “discount” big-box gyms with fees as low as $10/mo. Sounds great in theory, right? But you get what you pay for. Our members who’ve had memberships at those gyms describe the experience in these ways: “meat market,” “I feel self-conscious there,” “it’s overcrowded,” “you have to wait for equipment,” “I don’t know what I’m doing,” “I spend an hour there, half the time adjusting my music player or trying to figure out how to use a piece of equipment, and don’t really get a good workout.”

What about other group fitness studios similar to ours?
